National Service Scheme (NSS)

           

The National Service Scheme (NSS) in Dr.PDKV Akola was started in 1974 to promote social awareness, development of personality, leadership and positive attitude among students. The different activities related to the nation building are organized by this University through NSS like rural development programme, personality development camp, adult education mission, etc, through NSS.  At present, the university has 2600 NSS volunteers.  These volunteers participate actively in different programmers of National Service Scheme.The college wise data of registered volunteers for the last five years is as follows:
